1/4 Cut $650+ Butcher fee
1/2 Cut $1300 + Butcher fee
Whole $2400 + Butcher fee
* You then will fill out your cut list. You will pay the Butcher his fee which is approximately:
$525, for a whole beef, $262.50 for a 1/2, $130 for 1/4
